About the Author

Timothy Hopper is a fourth-year medical student who loves working with kids.  He has a passion for writing and is a strong believer in the Worrywork Lane mission to foster a love of reading in all children.  He developed a love for words at an early age and finds ways to write any time he can.  "Rhyming words is something that has always come pretty easily.  Sometimes it's just poetry or songwriting; sometimes it's a new children's book!"  When he's not writing (or studying for med school), he's probably at the park playing pick-up soccer.

Timothy is extremely excited about the release of Jack and the Amazing Wonderphone and hopes it is a story that everyone in the family can enjoy.  Keep an eye out for many more books to come!

About the Illustrator

Jaci Hopper is a loving wife and mother of three.  She enjoyed many, many hours of reading to her own children over the years.  Through the countless pages turned, she realized that the most loved pages were ones that sparked kids' imaginations beyond the plot of the book.  "For a child, an animal is not just a character; it is an 'imaginary' friend, in the truest sense of the word.  Give kids a detailed illustration, and their imaginations run wild."

As an artist at heart, Jaci spends much of her free time making illustrations (when she's not taking care of Christy, the family dog).  Like Timothy, she is looking forward to many more books to come, and she hopes that her pictures for Jack and the Amazing Wonderphone help the words come alive in imaginations across the world!
